RepairDoc legal

Cookie note

Last updated 29 October 2026

The short version

  • RepairDoc uses only cookies it needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your store and who's clocked in.
  • No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics.
  • Because they're all essential, there's no cookie banner. Blocking them will sign you out.

2.Browser storage

Some preferences are saved only in your browser (local storage) and never sent to us unless you use them: your theme, a dismissed install prompt or announcement, saved assistant chats on that device, preferred payment method and card reader, label printer settings and NFC tag settings.

3.Other sites

Some buttons take you to other services, which set their own cookies under their own policies: Stripe or Square checkout pages when you pay online, a shop's review page (for example Google), and outside AI apps you connect. RepairDoc's own pages don't load ads, social widgets or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from RepairDoc, not from Google.

4.Your choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Because ours are needed for sign-in and check-in to work, blocking them will sign you out and some features will stop working. If we ever add optional cookies (such as analytics), we'll update this note and ask first where the law requires.
